How long does it take to start using Dgit?
You can begin managing your portfolio on Dgit within 24 hours.
Full implementation and customization normally take 2-5 days.



What if I already have property management software?
We encourage you to continue utilizing your existing software to run your portfolio. Most of the existing technology focuses on back office aspects such as accounting. Dgit would provide you with a new and improved layer of team collaboration that utilizes automation to optimize the unit lifecycle.


What does the implementation process look like?
Each user in your team will have a customized portal created with an individual username and password. Once you are up and running, you will be an expert in no time! Don’t fret, if you have any questions or need assistance, someone from the Dgit team will be able to provide a thorough training with 24/7 customer support.



Does Dgit integrate with other software?
Yes. Dgit can link with your existing software, so all data is easily accessible.



What is the cost of Dgit?
You have two flat rate tiers:
Standard: $1/unit/month
Premium: $3/unit/month



Are there any additional costs?
There is a one-time onboarding fee with a range depending on your portfolio size.


How can I upgrade my plan?
You can upgrade your plan at any time after subscribing to the Standard tier. Simply contact the Dgit team, and your plan will be upgraded immediately.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You are entitled to a full refund within the first 30 days of being onboarded. You are able to cancel your annual subscription at any time and receive a fifty percent (50%) refund on the remainder of your subscription on a pro rata basis.


What if I want to change software again?
Your data is your data. After canceling your subscription, you will receive all information stored on the Dgit platform.



Can I migrate data to Dgit?
Yes. We provide seamless data migration services as part of your onboarding process. If you are using another software platform or spreadsheets, our data team will help migrate all information onto Dgit.



How is my data protected?
All data is confidential. We understand the importance of keeping your data and your client’s information safe. We undertake the most active measurements possible to ensure your information is
secure.

Dgit is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) the leader in data security that uses complex protocols to protect stored data with firewalls, security audits, and penetration tests.


Does my data have a backup?
Your data is saved on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud and is backed up by AppDrag CMS to ensure you have access to your information at any time.


How secure is our API?
If you want to use our API to integrate with any other app, feel safe knowing everything is encrypted at rest and in transit using an AES-256 encryption algorithm.



Do you have a 2-step verification process?
Yes. Upon request, we offer 2-step verification login.
